Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary Anthurium Developers Ltd., has acquired about 8.2 acres of land in North Bengaluru, according to a release issued on Thursday.
It said the land has a developable potential of approximately 0.9 million sq ft of salable area and an estimated gross development value or GDV of around Rs 1,000 crore.
The company said the project will primarily consist of mid-premium residential apartments catering to the “growing demand for quality housing in Bengaluru”.
Mahindra Lifespaces plans to launch the project within the next nine months, the release said. It said the location where the land is located is close to the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Highway, close to the international airport and information technology hubs of the city.
