IPO Rush: Three new SME issues, five listings for hit street


The upcoming week will not offer any offerings to the mute activity in primary markets on the mainboard space. Investors will see a main board listing, as Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited debut on 24 February.

Balaji Phosphates Limited, Nukles Office Solutions Limited and Srinath Paper Limited are the latest Prasad which are ready to open this week. All three will be in small and medium enterprise segment.

Nukleus Office Solutions’ 31.70 crore IPO, a new issue of 13.55 lakh shares, opens for membership from 24 February to 27 February. Allocation is expected on 28 February with a temporary BSE SME listing on March 4, 2025.

An IPO of Rs 23.36 crore of Srinath Paper, a new issue of 53.10 lakh shares, opens for membership on 25 February. And will end at Rs 44 per share on 28 February. The minimum lot of lot size is 3,000 shares.

The public offering of 71.58 lakh shares of Balaji Fostens includes a new issue of 59.40 lakh and a proposal for the sale of 12.18 lakh shares. The membership runs from February 28 to March 4, 2025, with allocation expected on March 5, 2025.
