The schedule of the 14th season of Big Bash League was announced.

BBL 2024-25 Full Schedule: The full schedule of the 14th season of Cricket Australia’s franchise-based T20 league Big Bash League was announced on July 12. The season announced for BBL 2024-25 will start from December 15, in which there will be no matches only on Christmas Day and the day before, apart from this, the league matches will be played continuously till January 19. The first match of the upcoming new season of BBL will be played between the league’s most successful team Perth Scorchers and Melbourne Stars at Optus Stadium in Perth.

In the first 8 days, all the teams will play at least one match at their home venue.

In the schedule announced for the 14th season of the Big Bash League, all the teams will play at least one match at their home venue for the first 8 days. This time Cricket Australia has added 7 venues in which the matches will be played in Geelong. After the announcement of the schedule, Cricket Australia’s BBL General Manager Alistair Dobson said that this is a very good schedule for the fans in which they will get a chance to watch exciting matches every day. The league stage matches of the 14th season of Big Bash League will be played till 19 January 2025, the qualifiers will be played on 21 January, the knockouts will be played on 22 January, the challenger matches will be played on 24 January and the final match will be played on 27 January.
