Brigade Group launched a residential project ‘Ebony’ in Bangalore with a revenue capacity of Rs 380 crore

Real Estate and Property Development Group Brigade Group has launched a premium residential project, Ebony in brigade gardensDevanhalli, in Bangalore. According to a press release on Thursday, the project is part of the 135 acre Brigade Orchards Township.

Up to 0.5 million square feet, Ebony Four designed blocks will feature 230 residential units spread. The project is estimated to have a revenue capacity of more than Rs 380 crore.

Shankar recently commented on the company’s plan to launch 20% to 30% of the upcoming residential projects in Chennai, a major market. He said that these new launch is expected in the next four quarters.

Brigade Enterprises had announced the launch of its premium residential project Brigade Ultraus in Chennai. The company expects a possible revenue of Rs 1,700 crore from the new launched project. The project is located in the IT Corridor, Chennai, Sholingling.
