Cipla ltd. Cipla Medpro will infect ZAR 900 million, or about Rs 415 crore to its full -fledged subsidiary Cipla Medpro South Africa Proprist.
According to an exchange filing on Monday, the funds invested will be used to improve the capital structure of Cipla Medpro and its subsidiaries as well as to reduce the inter-group loan.
The investment is estimated to be completed on or earlier on February 28, 2025, through the cash idea, the filing further said.
In particular, Cipla Medpro is involved in the manufacturing, marketing and supply business of pharmaceutical products in South Africa.
