The Real Estate Company Elan Group said on Tuesday that it would invest around Rs 3,000 crore to develop a new ultra-wooden housing project on the Dwarca Expressway in Gurugram.
Sector 106, ‘Ellen the Empore’ located in Gurugram, is a part of the 50-plus acre township, including residential apartments, branded residents, a high-end mall, a luxury five-star hotel and premium office space.
In a statement, the company said that the total investment to develop the project is Rs 3,000 crore. The new project will have about 600 units with a sellable area of ââabout 29 lakh square feet.
This will be the second project in this township.
Vineet Davar, president of sales and strategy in the announcement group, said, “Sector 106 with Dwarka Expressway is becoming the newest point of faster Gurugram’s urban change.”
The Ellen Group has boarded internationally acclaimed advisors to develop the project. SWA, a landscaping architect from the US, will create an external location, while the UHA serves as a lead architect for the London project.
The US-based weight design will install water, while Dubai’s CD+M, a lighting advisory firm, is planted for light design. The interiors will be done by Hirsi Bedner Associates.
The thornne tomasate in New York will provide structural, engineering and sustainable solutions. The construction will be done by Leton Group from Australia.
Ellen Group’s portfolio includes 15 residential, retail, commercial and hospitality.
These projects spread in Gurugram and New Delhi provide a built -in area of ââabout 25 million square feet.
