According to Puri, between February 2022 and February 2025, petrol prices rose in many countries – about 48%in Pakistan, 14.7%in Bangladesh, 37%in Sri Lanka, 16.2%in Nepal, 14.2%in United States, 14.2%in Italy 4.8 %, 4.8%in Italy, 4.2%in Spain, 2%in Germany, 4.2%in France, while in India, they declined by 0.7%.
