New Delhi:
Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said that the government’s efficiency department works 120 hours in a week, inviting criticism on social media.
Tech billionaire called the working weekend a “superpower”, saying that anti -bureaucracy is “losing so much fat” because they work 40 hours a week. “Very few in bureaucracy actually work over the weekend, so it’s like the opposing team just leaves the ground for 2 days!” He wrote in another post on X.
A mixture of reactions on the post was called a user calling him a “terrible boss”, while another criticized the Dogi website for being empty despite inserting the employees in 120 hours a week. Another user placed some figures down, showing that employees take two days a week, they work 24 hours in all other days, “so … made of alien and robots and alone Dog! Or, Elon says anything to improve himself, “a user has written on X.
Another user wrote that the number of working hours does not always translate to success. “This is the quality of the hours, the impact of decisions, and strategic thinking that eventually determines who wins,” the user wrote.
Many users also praised Dogi Work Culture, stating that the department and Mr. Musk “are heroes in the fight against the swamp”. The user equaled Mr. Musk with Napoleon, saying that he had “genius intelligence, dragon energy and eccentric work morals”.
Mr. Musk, who was appointed by Trump to lead Dogi, has said that the purpose of the department is to prevent disability and corruption in the government. It is ready to implement the vision of Trump of a small, more efficient government by July 4 next year, the 250th anniversary of the declaration of independence.
Soon after the US election results were clear, Mr. Musk invited applications for Dogi. He had said that he is looking for “Super High-IQ Small-Government revolutionaries”, which are ready to work more than 80 hours a week on unnatural cost-cut tasks.
Mr. Musk’s comment works in hours or a week, after a line on the comments of SN Subrahmanai, president of L&T and Narayan Murthy, co-founder of Infosys. Strong Baikalash followed Subrahmanai’s suggestion to employees to work for 90 hours a week, while statue’s calls for the week of 70 hours also extended a large line.
