Voltamp Transformer Limited. Line performance reported in Q3 FY25. Revenue increased by 18% while Ebitda and PAT recorded a decline of 6% and 22% respectively on YOY basis. This was also due to an exceptionally strong quarter due to Q3 FY24.
Current demand apostles are well varied in a crowd of areas, in which the expansion of industrial capacity is funded in a disciplined manner, from the internal allegations of large -scale corporates.
Despite the cyclical nature of the Voltamp business, he has been a favorite seller among its customers due to its prudent execution track record and working capital management. We believe that development will be soft due to a lack of capacity of FY25 and FY26 and will run the next stage of 6,000 MVA capacity development in Q1 FY27.
We fix our estimates for the factor in moderation in per per MVA. We maintain our purchase rating on stock with a revised target price of Rs 10,001 on estimates of earning 25 times FY 27.
