When is the first Pradosh fast of Kartik month?
According to Drik Panchang, the Trayodashi tithi of Krishna Paksha of Kartik month will start on 29 October 2024 at 10:31 am and will end the next day on 30 October 2024 at 01:15 pm. Therefore, keeping in mind the Pradosh Kaal Puja Muhurta, Pradosh Vrat will be observed on 29th October.

Worship material : Collect all the puja things including white flowers, fruits, aak flowers, white sweets, Belpaksha, Dhatura, hemp, camphor, incense-lamp, pure ghee, white clothes.
Worship method of Bhaum Pradosh fast:
On the day of Pradosh fast, wake up in the morning in Brahma Muhurta and take bath and wear clean clothes. Clean the puja room at home. Sprinkle Ganga water in the temple. Offer water on Shivalinga. Offer betel leaves, fruits, flowers etc. Now light the lamp in front of the idol of Shiva family and worship Bholenath as per the rituals. After this, make preparations for worship in the Pradosh Muhurta in the evening. If possible, go to Shiva temple. Worship Shivalinga. Offer Arghya by mixing water in raw milk on Shivalinga. Light incense, lamps and perform the aarti of Lord Shiva. Apart from this, also worship Hanumanji. Recite Hanuman Chalisa and offer boondi or gram flour laddu to Hanumanji.
