Ingredients for Rudrabhishek: For Rudrabhishek, collect all the puja materials including fruits, white flowers, vermilion, sandalwood paste, incense lamp, camphor, incense sticks, Bel leaves, Ganges water, raw milk, rose water, perfume, ghee, oil, wick.
Method of Rudrabhishek:
For Rudrabhishek, first of all worship Lord Ganesha with proper rituals.
After this, take a pledge to perform Rudrabhishek. Then start worship.
Explain the purpose of Rudrabhishek by remembering the nine planets along with Shiva-Gauri.
After this start the process of Rudrabhishek.
Install Shivalinga in the north direction.
For Rudrabhishek, sit in the east direction.
Now make Shivlinga from clay and perform Jalabhishek on it.
Get the Shivling bathed with Ganga water.
After this, offer the things used in Rudrabhishek to Lord Shiva.
At last offer Prasad to Lord Shiva.

Rules of Rudrabhishek
Performing Rudrabhishek on the Shivalinga temple situated on the banks of a river or on the mountain side is considered auspicious.
It is auspicious to perform Jalabhishek on the Shivalinga situated in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple.
To perform Rudrabhishek with water, a copper pot should be used.
You can also perform Rudrabhishek of the Shivalinga installed in the house.
Apart from this, going to Shiva temple and performing Rudrabhishek is considered beneficial.
