When is the second Pradosh Vrat in September?

According to Drik Panchang, Krishna Trayodashi date of Ashwin month is starting on 29th September, which will last till the evening of 30th September. In such a situation, the second Krishna Pradosh fast of September will be observed on 29th September. According to the Panchang, perform puja in the auspicious time given below-

Krishna Trayodashi date starts – September 29, 2024 at 4:47 pm

Krishna Trayodashi date ends – September 30, 2024 at 7:06 pm

Pradosh time of the day – 18:09 to 20:34

Ravi Krishna Pradosh Vrat Puja Muhurat – 6:09 pm to 8:34 pm

Duration – 02 hours 25 minutes

Ashwin Pradosh puja method

After taking bath, wear clean clothes. Worship all the Gods and Goddesses including Shiva family duly. If you want to keep a fast, then take a pledge to keep the fast with holy water, flowers and Akshat in your hand. Then in the evening, light a lamp in the home temple at dusk. Then perform Abhishek of Lord Shiva in Shiva temple or home. Perform proper worship of Shiva family. Now listen to the story of Pradosh Vrat. Then perform the Aarti of Lord Shiva with full devotion with a ghee lamp. Finally, chant the mantra of Om Namah Shivay. In the end also pray for forgiveness.
